It is often core values that set a family business apart from other operating companies. Most family businesses appreciate and often highlight the importance of family core values in the operation and mission of their business. Creating and sustaining a family business culture which thrives due to the practice of explicit core values is the central purpose of this event. 

This presentation will include practical exercises which will define more clearly your family business' core values and how to operationalize them in daily best business practices. We will review how the leadership within the family business can best utilize their core values in all aspects of the business, from supervisory practices to exceeding customer expectations. 

Thomas D. Davidow, EdD, and Cynthia Adams Harrison, EdD, LICSW, will draw on years of family business consulting practice and performance interventions in business and sport to help you expand and integrate your family core values into best business practices company wide.


They will offer two cases with typical family business dilemmas where participants will have to operationalize their core values into active best business practice solutions. They will review how the leadership within the family business can best utilize your core values in all aspects of the business, from supervisory practices to exceeding customer expectations.  Participants will then share these solutions with the group.
