Gugliemo co-founded The Owner’s Academy based at Babson College and The Boston Exit Planning Exchange, supported by business owners and professional advisors across the U.S. Dan worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Finance Attorney. Crain served as fifth generation CEO and owner of The Whipple Company, his family’s food manufacturing business in Natick, which he led through aggressive growth by building a new management team, repositioning and rejuvenating its brand, broadening distribution channels and entering new markets. He sold the 104-year-old company to a competitor in New Jersey. Crain is now an investment banker, serving as a trusted advisor to the owners of closely-held corporations and family businesses. Johns is the President/COO at Butler Automatic, a manufacturer of automatic splicing machines for the packaging industry. He is also one of the founders of White Oak Investment Partners, a private equity investor group targeting middle market manufacturing companies and serves as a strategic advisor to manufacturing and start-up companies. Additionally, Johns built Vanguard Sailboats from start-up into an industry leader through new product development, growing existing products, and executing three acquisitions. Kasameyer is a senior executive, consultant and director, creating value for technology-based companies. He led several companies from near bankruptcy to double-digit growth and market leadership in oil and gas instrumentation, automotive parts supply, aerospace parts supply, electronic packaging, and consulting while orchestrating several mergers and acquisitions.
