Industry, academia and yes, even the federal government agree that securing the infrastructure of America’s critical supply chain is crucial to the ongoing success and sustainment of our national supply chain network.  One critical component of supply chain effectiveness is having a talented pipeline of skilled and educated people who are capable of not only keeping up with today’s demands but are capable of thinking ahead to the needs of tomorrow.  The South Coast Entrepreneurs Collaborative (SoCoECO) has pulled together a virtual panel of Blue Innovation Technology experts, from Defense to the educational institutes to the start-up sector, who will discuss their workforce needs and where they think the labor force will need to be to meet this important objective.
